| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the problem of water shortage in northwest regions of China,and proposes that natural change is the main reason that causes the meteorological drought;The connatural shortage of water resource is the most important factor that results in the severe inconsistency between water supply and demand and the fragility of ecological environment;It is necessary to conduct investigation and research so as to find the practical and realistic ways to solve the problem of water resource in northwest regions.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. |
