Abstract:
The paper analyses the factors that lead to the main meteorological disasters by using Balinzuo Banner and Chayouzhong Banner as presentative areas. It investigates the characteristics of disaster-forming environments such as sophisticated terrain, unsteady climate system and backward economy, and the main disaster-causing factors such as drought, chilling damage, and frost and snow disaster.Furthermore,it researches the distribution law of the main meteorological disasters.Based on the correlation analysis between climatic changes and the disaster-causing factors,it puts forward that the occurring frequency of meteorological disasters tend to increase with the climate warming, especially that of drought and snow disasters.
