| Abstract: |
| As a result of performing the policy of returning farmland to forestry and grassland,planting grass and raising livestock has become an important follow-up industry to increase the income of peasants in the loess hilly regions in Northern Shaanxi.Through enlarging the seeding area of alfalfa and raising goats in shed,the grass and livestock industry has been developed dramatically.However,in some area,the problems of imbalance and pollution become more and more clear.It is necessary to follow the ecological laws and economic thoughts so as to control the pollution in every process of grass and livestock production,and to realize the sustainable development of regional eco-economy. |
