| Basing on the experiment of conservation tillage conducted in the semi-arid areas of Loess Plateau from 2001 to 2005,the economic adaptability of conventional tillage and 5 kinds of conservation tillage was evaluated by using the agro-economic evaluation method.The results showed that no-till with straw cover (NTS) was the best method among various treatments,and the economic efficiency and production level of NTS were the highest.The productivity of NTS was much stable and the resistant-ability of NTS to environmental disasters was much strong.Therefore,NTS is an effective way that can not only increase the crop yield but also improve the sustainable development of agriculture in the semi-arid areas of Loess Plateau in central Gansu Province. |
