This paper analyzed the main problems of sustainable development of seed industry based on the status of seed industry and the reach conditions of agricultural ecology environment.Suggestions and measures for sustainable development in improving agriculture ecology environment,ensuring seed quality,and constructing environment of society and policy in the middle reach of Heihe River were put forward.
