Abstract:
Experiment was conducted in farmland in Bashang of Hebei Province during wind erosion season,in order to study the change of the soil and the wind erosion materials. This paper analyzes the relationship between wind erosion and loss of organic materials and nutritional elements, and the mechanization of the loss. The main result was as following:(1) Conservation tillage is more effective in reducing wind erosion than traditional tillage,at the two spots of the experiment, the reduction is 62.56%.(2) Conservation tillage can reduce the loss of organic materials and nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),kalium(K) than traditional tillage, reduction of organic materials is 31.05%,reduction of nitrogen(N) is 29.15%,reduction of phosphorus(P) is(32.25%,) reduction of kalium(K) is 66.11%.(3) At the same time, the topsoil moisture content of conservation tillage is increased by 37.7% compared with traditional tillage. The control of wind erosion can maintain the fertility of farmland in arid and semi arid region.
