Abstract:
Effects of different calcium on the growth and the physiology bio-chemistry indexes of Lycium barbarum L callus were studied under salt stress. The results showed that under salt stress, exogenous calcium salt could obviously promote growth amount.Anti-oxidative enzyme superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble protein and proline contents also increased to different level, but Malodialdehyde(MDA) content reduced.During experiment,we find that CaCl2 was the best in alleviating injury of salt stress. It indicated that different calcium salt could alleviate salt injury of Lycium barbarum L callus.
