Abstract:
Effects of different transplanting depths with one-off double-layer fertilization on growth, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco are studied. The result shows as follow: after one-off doublelayer fertilization,if strong-growth plants with 9 leaves are transplanted, the growth is accelerated, roots are activated with more first lateral roots and more dry matter, and it also promotes plant height, stem girth, effective leaf, effective leaf area of one plant and the dry matter accumulation rates. The output of tobacco leaves is more than 145.5 kg/hm2,the production value is more than 2 130 yuan/hm2,and the average price is more than 0.46 yuan/kg than the contrast;the content of nicotine and total nitrogen falling 0.41%,total sugar rising 1.57%,the proportions of total sugar/protein and nitrogen/ nicotine are more appropriate.
