Abstract:
The leaf chlorophyll, soluble protein contents, relative membrane permeability,RWC,hydraulic potential between cold type wheat and warm type wheat during seedling period under PEG6000 permeation stress and water solution were studied. The results indicated that under water-stress the cold type wheat variety showed stronger in the chlorophyll, soluble protein contents, relative membrane permeability,RWC,hydraulic potential compared with the warm one.The results showed the cold type wheat adapts to drought better than the warm one.
