Abstract:
Under the condition of plastic tunnel, tomato regulated deficit irrigation(RDI) experiment was carried out. There are five treatments: T1,T2,T3,T4,T5.T1 and T2 are treated during bloom and fruit setting stage, their soil moisture are 55%~65%(θf),45%~55%(θf),seperately.T3 and T4 are treated during fruit-development(FD) stage.Their soil moisture are 65%~75%(θf),55%~65%(θf).And T5 is a formal irrigation treatment, whose soil moisture are 65%~75%(θf),75%~85%(θf),during two stages. Results showed that under the condition of deficit irrigation, the protein content and root activity were restrained significantly. The content of Proline and MDA rose on different levels.During 1st and 2nd periods, treatment 1 and 3 were the best designs. The total yield of T1 increased by 3.8%,but T3 declined by 5.3%.Single fruit were declined 5.8% and 16.9%,respectively.The WUE increased by 19.9% and 32.6%.And the content of soluble sugar,Vc and organic acid were higher than T5.Compensate effect appeared after deficit irrigation, because the yield of treatment T1 was 3.8% higher than T5.
