Abstract:
Under water stress condition the proline、MDA、soluble protein and soluble sugar content of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir Leaf were determined. With comparison of natural irrigation the results indicated as below:Water stress could increase the Proline and MDA content of grape leaf and decrease the soluble protein and soluble sugar content. The increment percent of Proline content in Cabernet Sauvignon leaf was higher than Pinot Noir but the increment percent of MDA content in Cabernet Sauvignon leaf was lower than Pinot Noir.During the course of water stress the Proline and MDA content have an rising tendency. So the drought resistance of wine grape is different between cultivars.
