| Establishment of the assessment index system of the returning farmland to forest project's multi-effect of Loess Plateau is a important part of the ecological effect assessment.According to the natural environmental condition and the ecological type area division principle of the Loess Plateau,the Loess Plateau should be divided into 4 different ecological zones.According to the principle and method of the establishment of the multi-effect assessment and also the influence of the returning farmland to forest project to Loess Plateau ecological environment,select 28 index factors which influent more to Loess Plateau from ecology and social economy levels,establish the assessment index system of the returning farmland to forest project's multi-effect of Loess Plateau,and then according to each ecological zone characteristic and natural condition,acquire the weight of each factor in different ecological zones of Loess Plateau. |
