| Based on discussion about the concept, characteristic and using mode of plastic film mulching reuse and no-tillage techniques in the semiarid region, this article focuses its emphasis on the pivotal technology of efficiently using rainwater resources in dryland, such as rainwater harvesting, mulching and evaporation-inhibiting, sustainable utilization, cost-saving and synergy of agriculture, etc.It shows that the technique of plastic film mulching reuse and no-tillage has great benefit for application and broad prospect for extension. |
