Analysis of content and synthesis position of IAA and indirubin in Isatis indigotica Fort. seedlings with different treatments

Abstract:
      The seedlings of Isatis indigotica Fort.cultivated 30 days was treated with natural drought,20 mmol/L ABA,4℃ low temperature,respectively.The content of IAA was extracted from Isatis indigotica Fort.seedlings at the indicated times and analyzed by HPLC method.The results showed that the content of IAA could increased up to 242.04%~262.87% with drought treatment;The similar results were found in 20 mmol/L ABA treated.The content of IAA increased up to 503.87% under low temperature stress for 24 h.IAA and indirubin also were extracted from wild Isatis indigotica Fort.seedlings which had grown one and a half month and were measured by HPLC.The content of IAA in flower was higher than it in root,and it was not measured in the leaf.The content of indirubin was the highest in leaf,and it was the second or third in flowers and roots.It implied that IAA and indirubin have the similar molecule structure and could be induced by ABA and stress treatment,but they might synthesize in different parts in Isatis indigotica Fort..
