| Abstract: |
| This paper gives a brief summary on the mechanism of salt-resistance,then reviews the progress of utilizing transgenic technique to lift salt-resistance in plants using osmotic regulation genes,Ion regionalization genes,macromolecular protein genes,regulation of gene expression,protection of enzyme genes.It also brings up some view points as reference for us to study salt resistance in plants and breed new plants of salt-tolerance. |
