Abstract:
Salt stress was tested by irrigating Lilium davidii unicolor Cotton in growth and development stage with NaCl water solution(0.0,0.2%,0.4,0.6,0.8% NaCl water solution) in potted soil. The results showed that the increasing salinity caused a decrease in shoot length and root number, and quality of flowers got poorer. The fresh and dry weights of every organ(root, bulb, shoot and leaf)decreased with the increase of salt levels, which caused a decrease in shoot and leaf obviously. The NaCl salinity stress resulted in raising proline content and cell membrane permeability, decreasing content of chlorophyll and soluble sugars.Lilium davidii unicolor Cotton can tolerate stress of 0.4% NaCl.
