Abstract:
Effects of different kinds of exogenous chemicals ALA and CaCl2 on Jinchun No .4cucumbers (Cucumis sativus L.) were studied and physiological and biochemical characteristics were measured under 150 mmol/L and 250mmol/L NaCl stress duringinitial bloomand fruit-bearing .And their effects were studied too. The results show that they all have effects on salt stress and ALA works much better than CaCl2. It canincrease solution protein and chlorophyll b/a i mprove roots activity reduce per meability of cell and MDAcontention remarkably and increase the ability of cucumber to resistant salt at last i mprove production under salt stress. Compared with contrast production the yield is increased by 24.9%and 52.3% respectively.
