Abstract: |
The relationship between soluble sugar, water loss rate of cutting leaves, water content in potato leaves and variety drought resistance under water stress was studied. The results showed that there is significant positive correlation between the relative values of soluble sugar in potato leaves and variety drought resistance (r=0.9768, P<0.01), but it showed significant negative correlation between the relative values of water loss rate in cutting leaves and variety drought resistance (r=-0.925, P<0.05), it also showed significant negative correlation between relative water contents in leaves and variety drought resistance (r=-0.8844, P<0.05). Therefore, these 3 in dications can be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different potato species. |
