Abstract:
      As a new technique, BaPS(Barometric Process Separation) system w as int roduced to measure gross nitrification- denitrification rate and soil respiration rate of tw0 different fertilization treatments of mulching plastic film and bare land, and the goal w as to discuss soil nitrification- denit rification and the respira tion rule under mulch drip irrigation. The results show that :Soil nit rification-denit rification rate and respira-tion rate of the two different fertilization treat ments have obvious seasonal variation. The difference of soil nitri-fication-denitrification rate and respiration rate of mulching plastic film and bare land is significant. With the same cultiv ation measures,the difference of soil nit rification denitrification rate and respiration rate between the two fertilization treatments w as extremely significant . The decrease order of soil nit rification-denitrification rate and respiration rate of different cult iv ation measures and fertilization treat ments are arranged as: mulchingplastic film > bare land ; Conventional fertilization> No- fertilization. So,the agricult ural cultivation measure and different fertilization level have certain influence on the soil nit ration-denit rificat ion and respiration.
