Abstract:
Effects of different sulphur rate and irrigation time on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of two high-yield winter wheat cultivars with different spike types (LKAZ8 with a big spike and YM49-198 with a multiple spike) were studied under field experiment conditions. The results showed that the yield of the S60 with 60 kg/hm2 was higher than that of S30 (30 kg/hm2) and S0 (0 kg/hm2) , and the differences reached a significant level between them. Compared to control (S0) , the yield of LKAZ8 and YM49-198 with S60 increased by 19.32% and 9.24%, respectively.Photosynthetic rate and SPAD value of two cultivars with S60 were higher than that with S30 (30 kg/hm2) and S0 (0 kg/hm2) at the final.Among irrigation treatments, difference existed between the yield of two cultivars. The highest yield treatment of LKAZ8 was W0 (non-irrigation) , and YM49-198 was W1 (jointing stage irrigation) treatment.
