| Abstract: |
| The data from regional trial of national mungbean varieties was analyzed by using rank analysis method in 2006～2007. Firstly, the result of the test was dealt with by variance analysis, and then three statistical parameters were estimated，namely the sequence numerals (H2Mi), environment discrimination index (YM) and rank mean square（Si2）. Then based on the multiple comparisons, the tested varieties were evaluated objectively. The results of the comparison and analysis show that XLD09, XLD01 and XLD04 have the best yield performance and better stability. Meanwhile, the results indicate that rank analysis method is a practical and forthright data analysis method in evaluating mungbean yield in regional trials. |
