| Abstract: |
| Antioxidative defense system plays important roles in drought resistance of plants.In this study, we investigated the changes of SOD, POD and CAT of Vicia faba leaves using PEG treatment and leaf baken methods.The results showed that the activity of SOD, POD and CAT all increased during the course of PEG treatment.SOD activity decreased with increasing stress degree, POD and CAT activity showed no obvious tendency.In total, SOD has more tolerance among three antioxidative enzymes. |
