Abstract:
Soil CO2 release flux was measured by Ca(OH)2 solution method in Lou soil profile with long term observation and survey. The results obtained in one year showed that the seasonal dynamics of soil CO2 release flux in Lou soil profile was obvious and relatively complex, and its maximum value appeared in the last ten days of August, while the lowest in winter. The profile dynamics of soil C O2 release flux in Lou soil was low to high to low from top to deeper. The seasonal and profile dynamics of soil CO2 release flux in fallow field was similar to that in cultivated field, but dynamic extent and complex of that in cultivated field was more significant. Soil CO2 release flux was significantly correlated with soil temperature, and could be described by power function(P<0.01). Soil CO2 release flux was correlated with soil moisture, but not so much as with soil temperature. There was most suitable soil moisture in soil CO2 release flux and soil moisture, and it was more and more while the profile got deeper and deeper.
