Abstract:
Taking Zhangye City as a case, this paper selected GRID as the evaluation unit, filtrated the index of evaluating applying Delphi method and determined the weight value in order to establish the grade standard of land eco-suitability. Then, a synthetic assessment of land eco-suitability in Zhangye was carried out by using multi-source spatial data and GIS spatial overlay method. Combined with suitability analysis, Zhangye City is divided into 7 regulation zones, and some environment-friendly land-use countermeasures and advices for environmental development were put forward. This study can provide scientific basis for regional land use planning, eco-environment protection and construction planning. Results indicated that the method of multi-source spatial data overlaying analysis can reveal the overall feature and difference of regional environmental background synthetically. Studying results reflected the spatial distribution and regional difference in Zhangye objectively.
