Abstract: |
Under the mechanization mode of crop harvest in northem China, a combined machine is designed com-
bining straw stubble burying and the straw returning with fast decomposition technology to handle the problem of large amount of straw stubble remaining in field after the machine harvest. The machine consists of degradation agent spraying system and straw stubble burying system. Field experiments show that the technique can make straw stubble fast decom-posing in short time, and the straw stubble decomposition rate of farmland using this machine reached 79.8% after 7 months, which was 18.5% higher than a single mechanical burying treatment. This technique also increases the soil mi-croorganism quantity and organic matter in soil. When the corresponding ancillary equipment works in the field, the speed should be controlled as more than 1.46 m/s, and the mounted deep plough's tilling depth should be limited be-tween 22~29 cm. |
