Abstract: |
In order to construct an efficient identification system for drought resistance of cotton at different growth
stages,14 kinds of cotton widely planted in Northern Xinjiang were used as materials and evaluated by fuzzy subordina-tion method in different water stress and different processing time. The results showed that drought resistance of the same cotton at different growth stages and under different water stress intensity was not completely identical . The cotton with stronger drought resistance was Xinluzao- 6 at seedling stage, Xinluao-35 and Jinmian-13 at full bud stage, Xin-luzao-33 at flowering boll stage, Xinluzao-24 and 297- 5 at boll-opening stage. Drought resistance of Xinluzao-33 and Xinluzao-31 was stronger in the whole life cycle, and that of ZMS- 42 and Yinong- 2 was weaker. The optimal water stress intensity of comprehensive evaluation of cotton drought resistance at seeding stage, full bud stage, flowering-boll stage and boll opening stage were slight, slight ,moderate and moderate, and the corresponding processing time was 15d, 15d, 5d and 5d. Finally, the model of stepwise regression equation for cofficient evaluation of cotton drought resistance was constructed on the basis of the optimal water stress degree and processing time. |
