Abstract:
A soybean (Glycine max) cultivar Kennong 4 was taken as the material to study the influence of spraying 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) and Abscsic acid (ABA) on relevant indicators of soybean carbon metabolism through comparing the content of sucrose, starch, soluble sugar, reducing sugar, totle sugar and invertase activity in leaves. The results showed: after spraying,6-BA and ABA improved the content of sucrose on 40th day,and total sugar execpt 40th day,in addition the effect of 6-BA was better than ABA. Concretely, invertase activity was increased and the con-tents of starch and reducing sugar were improved with 6- BA treatment from the 10 th to the 50th day after spraying; ABA increased invertase activity from the 20 th to the 30 th day after spraying, and reducing sugar content from the 30 th to the 50 th day after spraying. It indicated through analyzing that, at the timeof R1, 6- BA and ABA can improve the content of sugar and the activity of invertase, and they also regulate nitrogen metabolism related indicators in soybean leaves.
