Abstract:
Aimed at the major characteristics of large agricultural water use ratio in the Heihe River basin, the evaluating system of healthy agricultural water utilization was constructed from 4 aspects of agricultural resources utilization, coordination of water using, water using efficiency and effectiveness. The projection pursuit evaluation model of agricultural water using health was built based on the accelerated genetic algorithm, and it was used to evaluate and classify 10 agricultural water using scheme from 11 counties in t he basin of 3 target years with runoff frequency of 50%, 75% and 95%. The results indicate that the health level of drafting scheme are higher than the actual one in each target year, the agricultural water using turns towards a healthy development from 1999—2020, which reflects the contribution rate and direction of each evaluating indicator, and the evaluating results of optimal allocation scheme for healthy agricultural water using is in line with regional agricultural water use development in recent years, which conforms to the reality of water reso urces scarcity and fragile eco environment in arid regions.
