Abstract:
In order to gain knowledge of genetic diversity of winter wheat, 20 cultivars introduced from USA were analyzed for polymorphism by some SSR markers developed in our laboratory. A set of 48 SSR markers were screend and a total of 153 allelic variants were detected in the 20 wheat cultivars, with the range of 2 to 13 alleles per marker and average of 6.37. The genetic similarity coefficient (GS) among the cultivars was 0.72 at average, and varied from 0.62 to 0.84. Based on 0.68 of GS, the cultivars used in this study were clustered into four groups.
