Effect of fermented soybean cake on nitrogen accumulation and output value of tobacco leaves

Abstract:
      In order to study the effect of fermented soybean cake on nitrogen accumulation and output value of tobacco leaves, through field experiment with plot design and three replications, the total nitrogen, nitrogen accumulation changes, the nitrogen content in stem, lower leaf, middle leaf and upper leaf, and the output value under 3 treatments: pure inorganic fertilizer (control), 50% the fermented soybean cake and 50% inorganic fertilizer, 100% fermented soybean cake, were examined. The results showed that there was no significant difference of nitrogen ac cumulation between the 3 treatments in nearly growth stage. After the harvest, nitrogen accumulation in treatment 100% fermented soybean cake was significantly higher than that in control. Nitrogen accumulation of stem in treatment 100% fer mented soybean cake was 1.16 kg/hm2 higher than control, and decreased by 0.06 kg/hm2 in treatment 50% fermented soybean cake. Nitrogen accumulation of lower leaves increased by 5.30 kg/hm2 in treatment 100% fermented soybean cake and only by 1.34 kg/hm2 in treatment 50% fermented soybean cake. Nitrogen accumulation of upper leaves in treatment 100% fermented soybean cake was significantly higher than the control. Nitrogen content of tobacco leaf reduced with the delay of the growth period. In the control, the nitrogen content of upper leaves was highest, but in treatment 100% fermented soybean cake, the nitrogen content of lower leaves was highest; In treatment 50% fermented soybean cake, the output value reached 56 278.50 yuan/hm2, and superior tobacco proportion reached 57.57%, which were significantly higher than the other two treatments. Based on a comprehensive analysis, an application ratio of fermented soybean cake in 50%~100% was the best in the production.
