Abstract:
In order to improve the utilization ratio of water resources and to co-ordinate arrangements for the water resources in the future of Baoji, based on the status of water resources in 12 districts of Baoji and using the Lorenz curve principle and the Gini coefficient calculation method, this paper analyzed the match level between water resources and cultivated land resources, GDP as well as population layout of year 2009. The match Gini coefficients of the water resources with the cultivated land resources, GDP and the population in Baoji city were 0.3257, 0.4501 and 0.5472, respectively. Therefore, in Baoji city the water resources matched well with cultivated land resources, but extremely bad with GDP and population layout.
