Abstract:
32 rhizobial strains were isolated from well-growth root nodule of soybean from Xi’an and Yangling in Shaanxi. 11 strains were chosen by morphologic method, then resistance test of the strains was made on 5 organic reagents to study the antagonistic property and the phylogeny of the strains. The result showed that XR3, YR3, YR6 and YR7 had good resistance on xylol, phenol, acetone, acrylamideon and fomesafen. And YR3 and YR6 were found to have stronger antagonistic acticity. Based on analysis of the physiological and chemotaxonomic characteristics and 16s rDNA sequence of the 2 strains, the YR3 strain was found to be Rhizobium Leguminosarum U29386, and YR6 strain to be Sinorhizobium Americanum AF506513.
