Abstract:
Dynamic change rule of basic properties and microbial community during the composting process of pig slaughterhouse waste was investigated; discuss the effect of different microbial agent that inoculated to the compost process. The results showed that the change role of temperature, the seed germination index (GI), the seeds of weeds, the eggs of insects, microbial biomass were similar to the composting of animal manures, only the time is longer than animal manure; pH was increased faster in warming phase, then steady, decreased slightly at last. During the composting process, the most of microorganism count was bacterium, the second was actinomycete and the least was fungi. Inoculated microbial agent could raise the temperature of compost, speed up the rate of fermentation effectively. The results showed that microorganism agents of No.3 was better among the microorganism agents studied.
