Abstract:
      In attempt to solve the problem of seeding absent of the Potato Seeder, ameliorate the quality of mechanical work and improve work efficiency, a microcomputer-controlled loss sowing compensation system for potato seeder was developed based on microcomputer-controlled ATmega16, the core of compensation system. The monitor and compensation program were written by using c language. The experiment results indieated that system sensitivity was 0.1356 s, rate of reseeding was 90%, seeding absent rate was less than 1%, and rate of alarm was 100%. When seeding absent of potato seeder occurred, the loss sowing compensation system was able to reseed timely and accurately, and reduce seeding absent loss efficiently.
