Abstract:
      Based on the three different varieties of barley for testing materials which has been cultivated and introduced in Gansu, through two continuous observation and quantitative analysis for the stem growing process of three varieties barley with different sowing time, has structured a dynamic simulation model for the barley stalk growing process in Gansu. In this research, the Logistic Equation Model has been used to describe the dynamic process of different internode length and diameter. The root mean square error (RMSE) method has been adopted to inspect the different varieties of barley. The model inspected results showed that: For the different internode length and diameter of different varieties of barely, the forecasting value of the average root mean squar e errors(RMSE) were between 0.2371~1.0613 cm and 0.0142~0.0775 cm, respectively. The test has indicated this models possessed good predictability and reliability.
