Abstract: |
To evaluate allelopathy effects, equal compartment agar method (ECAM) was used to inoculate eight main wheat varieties from Qinghai province of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau with dry oats (Bromus tectorum Linn) that functioned as the receptor. The experimental results showed: eight varieties of wheat to Bromus tectorum Linn of Germination rate and potential inhibition range 2.78%~69.44%. Gaoyuan 448 inhibition the strongest and Lemai 5 is the weakest, Qingchun 38、Gaoyuan 437、Tongmai1to Bromus tectorum Linn germination inhibition rate reached more than 10%, Huzhuhong、Humai 14 showed negative inhibition. Correlation analysis results: P value of root length is 0.0166 shoot is 0.0194 and dry weight is 0.0001 reached a significant level, the fresh weight of P values greater than 0.5, no correlation. Using RI value as an allelopathic index, as well as a cluster analysis, one variety (Gaoyuan 448) was concluded to possess strong allelopathic effect, four varieties(Qingchun 38, Gaoyuan 437, Tongmai 1, Abo) were found to be moderately allelopathic, and three other varieties (Huzhuhong, Humai 14, Leimai 5) were demonstrated to have no allelopathy. |
