Abstract:
The soil samples were collected along the up, middle and downstream irrigation districts of the Turpan City's four rivers as Daheyan, Tallang Meiyaogou and Heigou River, to measure the soil salt and main ion content and analyze the type of soil salinization, degree and the correlation between soil salt content and main ion in non irrigation periods (March and October),along the four rivers of Turpan City. The results showed that: The soils in research area have partly appeared the tendency of soil salinization, also the soil secondary salinization trends was rather higher. The soil salt content had a close relationship with each ions (i.e. CL-、CO3-、HCO3-、SO42-、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+) in Turpan City. According to the salt distribution in soil profile, the soil salt had the surface accumulation. The main component of the soil salinization was the sulfate saline soil in four river's irrigation districts.
