Abstract: |
There was no special planter for buckwheat, the mechanization level of buckwheat production was very low in China. Therefor, we designed a planter (2BF-3) for buckwheat with two rows in one big ridge (45~55 cm width), and the row spacing was 8 cm to 10 cm. The seed and fertilizer will be applied into soil separately. The mass of whole buckwheat planter was 150 kg, mating power was≥8.9 kw and no need for power output. This buckwheat planter was an accurate and adjustable for seeding rate and seeding depth proved by filed experiment. The coefficient of variation for seeding uniformity, for seeding uniformity per row, for total seeding uniformity, and for the damaged seed rate were 28.1%, 1.4%, 0.5% and 0.1%, respectively, total were much lower than the standard value. This buckwheat planter was satisfied with the agronomic request. |
