Abstract:
      To meet the demand of seeding on film, a new type of direct-eeding device, with a parallel four-bar mechanism driven by crank slider mechanism, was designed. Due to its simple structure and high precision, the device could achieve “zero speed” sowing of hole-forming device. Aiming at the optimization of the speed difference v of the hole forming device with respect to the x direction of the frame, and the horizontal displacement difference s between buried and the pipe line, the structure of the device was optimized in Solidworks Motion. It was found that when using 0.5 m·s-1 as the forward speed, the length of the crank II and the length of connecting rod were 69 mm and 167 mm respectively, and the speed of crank was 100 r·min-1. Thus the optimal direct seeding performance could be achieved.
