Abstract:
      In order to solve the problem of fertilization accuracy in time under film with “one film used for two years” pattern of corn whole plastic-film on double ridges, and the requirements for top dressing under film in different growth stage, the picking hole fertilize mechanism with “one film used for two years” pattern of corn whole plastic-film on double ridges was studied. By applying the virtual simulation method of Adams/View and SolidWorks Motion, we revealed the work principle of approximately vertical picking hole fertilize mechanism under film, and obtained the optimal combination variables (length of LAB is 60 mm and length of LBC is 151 mm and length of LDE is 49.035 mm) of compensation mechanism with approximate constant speed when the fertilization hole distance was 330 mm. Through analyzing the influence fertilization hole distance parameter of compensation mechanism with approximate constant speed, we obtained the corresponding operation parameters of compensation mechanism with approximate constant speed under different fertilization hole spacing (200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm) in typical areas in Gansu province.
