Abstract:
In order to explore the most suitable potato planting method in the arid and semi\|arid areas of southern Ningxia, this experiment used the experimental field of Gaotai Village, Guanzhuang Township, Haiyuan County, Southern Ningxia Mountain, using drip irrigation, and water\|saving technology under the film, and studied four cropping methods including mulch without drip irrigation and drip irrigation without mulching, drip irrigation under mulch, and no drip irrigation or mulching (CK) on the growth characteristics of soil nutrients, enzyme activity, and potato yield of potato during the growth period. The results showed that: in the 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm soil layers, drip irrigation under mulch, compared with no drip irrigation or mulching (CK), the organic matter content increased by 3.88% and 18.23%, respectively, and alkali\|decomposed nitrogen increased by 10.71%, 18.75%, the available potassium increased by 5.92% and 2.55%; soil urease activity increased by 27.05% to 69.37%, 0.17% to 38.33% during the growth period; alkaline phosphatase activity increased by 12.70% to 23.90%, 6.99% to 28.93% during the growth period; Invertase activity increased by 5.65%~68.12%, 8.41%~31.63% during the growth period; Cellulase activity increased by 8.33%~32.94%, 19.98%~108.82% during the growth period; Yield increased by 107.90%; There was a significant positive correlation between soil nutrients and enzyme activity and potato yield. Drip irrigation under mulch improved soil micro\|ecological environment, increased soil enzyme activity, improved soil nutrient cycling ability, and increased yield. It was one of the effective measures for potato water\|saving cultivation in arid and semi\|dry areas.
