Abstract:
In order to explore the superior tree plants of Lyciumruthenicum and search for excellent varieties, taking the artificially planted Lyciumruthenicum as the research object, on the basis of large-scale field investigation, according to 30 superior tree phenotypes of Lyciumruthenicum, such as tree shape, branch, flower, leaf, fruit, disease resistance, and insect pest status, 100 Lyciumruthenicum plants with excellent phenotypic characteristics were preliminarily selected and their fruits were collected after 2-year observation of stability of phenotype. Taking high anthocyanins as the target, according to the principle of pharmacological action similarity, polyphenols and flavonoids were selected as auxiliary indexes, and the comprehensive scoring method of superior trees of Lyciumruthenicum was established by using the mean, standard deviation, and range of each character, and 14 superior plants were selected. In the correlation analysis, it was found that anthocyanins and flavonoids content were significantly positively correlated (p<0.01); anthocyanins and polyphenols content were significantly positively correlated (p<0.05); flavonoids and polyphenols content were weakly correlated, which further explained the rationality of anthocyanins, flavonoids, and polyphenols as the selection index of superior trees, and provided the basis for the next step to establish the clone nursery and superior tree selection according to support.
