Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of inconvenient machine movement, high broken rate of pod, and low productivity of intercropping peanut in Xinjiang orchard, a peanut\|picking device was developed. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the whole machine, the key parts were designed and the parameters were determined. The main factors affecting the fruit picking efficiency were determined to be the rotation speed of picking drum X1, the angle of feed inlet X2, and the picking clearance X3. The results showed that the order of the factors affecting the picking rate and crushing rate was X1>X2>X3. The optimum combination was set picking drum speed at 370 r·min-1, feeding angle at 12°, the fruit picking gap at 20 mm, the picking rate at 97.87%, and the crushing rate at 1.75%.
