| Abstract: |
| In view of the problems of insufficient planting depth and tearing film in the existing tobacco transplanting machine, a crank multi\|rod mechanism was proposed, and the trajectory equation of the planting point was obtained by establishing a mathematical model, and the main factors affecting the trajectory were further determined through experiments. The parameters of the rod without interaction were determined by a single\|factor test. The length, position, and angle of the rod with interaction were taken as variables, and the lateral displacement of the track and the vertical degree of planting were taken as evaluation indexes. When the operating speed was 375 mm·s-1 and the planting speed was 50 times·min-1, a set of optimal parameter combinations was obtained: L1=49.95 mm, L2=240 mm, L3=140 mm, L6=40 mm, L7=250 mm, L8=280 mm, L10=200 mm, L14=250 mm, Ψ=3.26°, m=90, and n=100. Under these conditions, the plant spacing, planting depth, and lateral displacement were 450, 150, and 14.06 mm, respectively, and further field experiments showed that the coefficient of variation of plant spacing was less than 6%, the average tearing length was less than 120 mm, and the average planting depth was 144.7 mm, which met the agronomic requirements of tobacco transplanting and provided theoretical and technical support for the further optimization of the structure and performance parameters of the transplanting machine. |
