Abstract:
      Aiming at the problem of lack of model parameters in the simulation of discrete elements in the mechanized harvesting of green manure rapeseed in orchards, the stalks of green manure rapeseed in pear orchard at the peak flowering stage were taken as the research object, and based on the Hertz-Mindlin with bonding model between particles, the parameter calibration of the stalks of green manure rapeseed in orchards was carried out. The basic characteristic parameters and contact parameters of rapeseed stalks were determined, and the rapeseed stalk bonding model was established, and the three\|point bending simulation test of rapeseed stalks was carried out. The parameters of the rapeseed stalk bonding model were determined by Plackett-Burman test, Steepest Ascent test, and Box-Behnken test, and the normal contact stiffness, tangential contact stiffness, critical normal stress, critical tangential stress, and bonding radius of the rapeseed stem bonding model were 5.25×109 N·m-1, 4.299×108 N·m-1, 4×107 Pa, 5×106 Pa, and 1.267 mm. The relative error between the results and the test value was 1.62%, which shows that the calibrated parameters are accurate and reliable, which can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of green manure rapeseed harvesting machinery in orchards.
